My husband Ted and I retired in 1998 and moved from Pleasanton, California to San Juan Island where we built our "dream house".  After seven years we had enough ferries and decided to move to Trilogy in Redmond.  Ted and I have always loved to travel and last fall we spent three weeks in China.  We were with 75 people from the Trilogy Travel Club and four weeks on a cruise from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, thru the Panama Canal around Cape Horn then North to Buenos Aires.  Trilogy has beautiful hiking trails and to stay in shape, we walk at least four times a week but our favorite form of exercise is Ballroom Dancing.

Jeno Landis

Marital status: Widowed
Children: 4
Occupation: VCM Wireless (Owner Partner)
Comment: Hi All, 50 Years? Unbelievable...
Well during this time period, I have been in Sales/Sales Management most of my Career. After leaving the Frantics in 1963, I went into the Bar Business, Sold Heavy Construction Equipment, Sold Electronic On-Board Truck Scales that revolutionised the Industry, I did that for 15 years.  I built the Body Molders Gym and Health Spa in Oregon which was very successful. I Was President of the Oregon Log Truckers Assoc. (that represented over 10,000 log trucks at that time period).  I have sold a wide  variety of Truck Equipment for over 30 years, plus having had a couple of  Major Distributorships. I had my own Mfg Rep Business (Quality Truck Product Sales) from 1998 to 2006.  I am now in Business with my Step Daughter Amy, We own VCM Wireless  We represent Sprint/Nextel, Wireless and Verizon Wireless.  We also sell just about every Cell Phone Accessory you can think of. We work direct with our customers, not through a store front.  The Personal  Touch
I have been married 3 times,  for a total of 42 years of marriage.  The First was for 11 years, Second for 7 years (6 years too long ha! ha!) and the last for 24 years.
My late wife Jana, came down with MS in our second year of marriage.  I was her only Care Giver until she lost her battle with MS in 2005. One of my proudest accomplishments was caring for her and providing her with all of her needs, keeping her dignity and self respect,  at all times.
I had 4 children from my first marriage but lost my first daughter Lisa, at age 5.  I have 1 daughter (Jena), and Identical Twin Sons (Todd and Tony). and they have 3 children each.  My stepdaughter Amy (who I raised), has 1 son (Jack the Jackster).
I am known as "Papa Jeno" to all of the kids, and many of the kids Mom's and Dad's.
I live alone now, I have dated some lovely women,  but I just have not found the right "Click".... At this age I am not sure that marriage is in order, but I will keep an open mind to the possibilities.  I love having a womens Friendship and Companionship.
I love to play golf, at any chance I get, which is only 2-3 times a month. I have just got to get out more often .... I done some free lance writting, I am on the computer daily for business, and pleasure.
I enjoy dining out with family and friends, but I miss the big family  get togethers, and BBQ's
I moved to S. CA and lived there from 69 to 72, then I moved back to Seattle and stayed until 1977 when  I relocated  to Oregon until 1981, then back to CA.  I live in the San Fernando Valley which is not far from the Ocean or Dessert.
Most people think I am nuts for living here with all these people, and packed Freeways.  I can certainly understand why.  I have enjoyed living here even though I have been through 2 major Earth Quakes, 3 big Fires, and Dangerous Rain Storms (When it rains).
I feel that I have been gifted to have experienced such a wide variety of "Lifes Experiences"  during my life time.
Many people I know were "stuck" in the same job for years that they did not enjoy.  If you enjoyed your work, you were  one of the Lucky Ones... I lived by the theory that "If you Think You Can't" You are 100% Right... "If you Think Can" You are also 100% Right... What You Think the Most About, Will Always Prevail....
I look forward to see what the "Last Chapter" of my "Life's Book"  has in store for me.
For some reason, I feel that it will be a great time period, and I look forward to the ride.
I also look forward to renewing friendships of what I considered to being a great High School Experience, at Shoreline High School.  Best Wish's and  may Peace be with You All...

Well I had a setback, and won't be able to attend the class reunion.... Boo!   I was really looking forward to seeing, and talking with all of you....
I had some personal health issues surface that need attention.  No, I am not planning on "checking out" yet.  But getting things taken care of, is a priority...
Please give my regards to everyone.... And above all,  "have a  whole bunch of fun."
